Delegates Summers, Hollen and Cooper moved to amend the bill on page 23, by inserting a new section 18 to read as follows:

            §16-8A-17. Labeling.

            A marijuana product shall contain a label stating, “Any person, regardless of whether it is for medicinal purposes, is prohibited by Federal law from possessing firearms or ammunition”.
